As my attitude to investment has changed as I near retirement, I am even less keen than before to take out investments which risk my capital. As the returns I expect are thus comparatively low the charges and commission seem to take a big chunk away which I may not make back in the shorter terms I am adopting these days. Nevertheless Graeme is very patient about explaining the various options available, more than once if required. His knowledge of the marketplace appears to be comprehensive, and he goes to great lengths to research my personal circumstances and preferences.
